Refund Policy

Overview

Thumbcanvas sells subscription plans and credit packs used to generate AI thumbnails. Because generation consumes real compute the moment you click Generate, refunds follow the rules below.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• If you were charged by mistake (duplicate charge, renewal after cancellation), contact us within 14 days and we will refund the charge in full.
• First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase if no credits from the plan have been spent.

Credits

• Credits already spent on generations are non-refundable — the compute has been used.
• Unspent promotional/free credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
• If a generation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.

How to request a refund

Email us with your account email and the payment reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
